If you have more than 2 uses that want to benefit from CardScan's powerful Contact Management software, then you can simply buy additional software licences. We sell additional software licenses for 5 users.
How’s it different from other CardScan products?
CardScan Team is ideal for the person who shares contacts with others or manages contacts for someone else. If you’re an individual user and don’t need to share, check out CardScan Executive. It includes all the functionality of the Team but is only licensed for a single user. CardScan Personal is for the basic user who is only looking to synchronize contacts with Outlook, Outlook Express, Palm or Windows Mobile. It has all the software functionality of the Team, but a slower and smaller scanner. All CardScan systems are equally reliable and equally accurate.
