There are four ways to order with Scanning Pens, which are:--------------------
Via the Internet
1. Browse and Select Goods
You can browse through the website or use the search facility. When you see something you want, click on the "Add to Cart" button. You will then be taken to the Shopping Cart, which will show your goods as you choose them. Click on "Continue Shopping" to keep browsing the site. When you've made all your choices click on the "Checkout" button. You will then proceed to the checkout login.
2. Checkout
The checkout process lets you check and confirm your order, give us your contact & delivery details and pay using a number of methods [see here]. To start the Checkout process you will need to provide an email address and a password at this stage to activate your Account with us.

Via the Internet in detail
Add to Cart
Once you have found a product you wish to buy, click on the "Add to Cart" button. You can change the quantity that you add by increase or decrease the number shown in the box next to the "Add to Cart" button (you can adjust this quantity later if you change your mind).
Cart Contents
Every time you add an item, you will be shown the contents of your cart. On this page, you can "Update" the products currently in your cart, "Continue Shopping" or "Checkout".
Remember to click "Update" if you change anything.
My Account
When you have selected all the items you want, click on "Checkout" to purchase them.
You will then be asked to select from "New Customer", "Returning Customer" or "Quick Checkout".
If you have purchased from us in the past, please enter the email address and password you previously gave us and click "Sign In". If you have forgotten the password, we can send you another one if you click on "Forgotten your password".
If you have not purchased from us before, clicking on "Continue" below "New Customer" as this will allow you to set up a free account with us that means you can quickly purchase from us, keep track of your order, purchase Gift Vouchers & Downloads and more...
Create an Account
Here, you must fill in your personal details in order for us to send you your order or contact you if there is a problem. Required fields are clearly labeled. Please see our Privacy Notice if you want to know what we do with this information.
Please also choose a password (this can be anything as long as it is at least 5 characters long).
Your Account Has Been Created
When you see a screen confirming that you have succesfully set up an account, click on the "Continue" button.
Delivery Information
The main purpose of this screen is for you to tell us where and how to send the goods.
Check that the address shown on the top right of this page is where you would like the goods sent. If it is not, please click on the "Change Address" button and enter the correct delivery address.
Please tell us if you would like us to Giftwrap your order (it items will be wrapped in plain paper) and the type of delivery method you would like to use. For more infomation on our delivery methods, click here.
You can also enter a Purchase Order Number if you have one (this is generally only for our trade customers) or any Comments you may have regarding this order.
Once you can see the correct delivery address on this page and you have answered all the other question, click on the "Continue" button.
Payment Information
The main purpose of this screen is for you to tell us how you would like to pay for the goods. For more information on the types of payment we accept, please click here.
If you have a Gift Voucher or a Discount Coupon, this is the page to enter that information. For more information on our Gift Vouchers, please click here.
Again, you can enter a Purchase Order Number or any Comments you may have regarding this order.
Once you can see the correct billing address on this page and you have answered all the other question, click on the "Continue" button.
Order Confirmation
Please check all the information you have given us about this order. If there is anything you would like to change, click on the relevant "Edit" button.
This page will also give you any information that you require about your chosen payment method, we will also email this information to you.
Once you are 100% happy with the information on this page, click on the "Confirm Order" button.
Your order has been processed
You will now see a screen confirming that your order is being processed.
If you would like us to notify you when the product you have just purchased changes, tick the relevant box followed by the "Continue" button.
