pcscribble works in 2 modes:

Note Mode allows you to capture, back up and covert your handwritten notes to typed text. pcscribble captures natural handwriting onto a PC in real time from any paper up to A4 size. Once stored you can edit and convert your notes to editable typed text, which can be exported into MS Word® and MS Outlook®. With 15 languages supported pcscribble is a new essential tool for note takers from all professions.

pcscribble acts as a notepad so as soon as you start writing your notes appear on screen. Your notes are saved in the note manager software provided which is similar to the MS Windows folder system. Here you can rename your notes and create as many folders as required.

Once you have stored your notes you can edit them as required and not only that with one click, you can convert your saved notes to editable text with the MyScript conversion software included. Once converted you can copy and paste or export straight into MS Word & Outlook.

Mouse mode (Vista Only) turns the pcscribble into a mouse & tablet stylus with hovering and mouse button functionality. In Mouse mode you can write directly into Windows Journal, and other Tablet PC applications such as sticky Notes, Tablet PC Input panel, and snipping tool.

It also works with Microsoft's ‘digital ink handwriting software' available in Windows Vista (Not Home Basic) and Office 2007, enabling you to handwrite directly into applications such as word and insert as text.

pcscribble can be used as a mouse in Windows Vista® which allows the pcscribble to work with the Tablet PC and Digital Ink applications included with Windows Vista (Not Vista basic). These applications allow you to use your PC or Notebook like a tablet PC, allowing you to handwrite into MS Vista & Outlook 2007.It also allows you to handwrite MSN Messenger messages and draw sketches and maps in MS Outlook 2007.
