Keith Houghton
Head of Student Support Services
The University of Law (ULaw) has around 10,000 students, of whom approximately 11% are disabled. With students spread across a number of campuses throughout England, and an ever-increasing number of students with complex needs, finding the right solutions presents a major challenge.
Following a successful trial with ReaderPens and ExamReaders, ULaw will be offering these to students who have a recommendation for readers in exams. We are using them as part of a package of support with other solutions and other assistive technology to provide additional support and build confidence.
