I understand the trial process explained below and agree to pay £240 (which includes VAT and free delivery) should I decide to keep the pen after the 14 day trial.

How the trial will work

Normally within a day or two*, we will call you to discuss the pen in detail, we will explain its functions, provide links to print and video user guides and generally make sure the pen is a good solution for you. During this call, we will also collect your card details. On despatch we will charge your card £1 (this is fully refunded should you decide not to keep the pen). You then have 14 days to test the pen fully. If you decide to return the pen, please contact us to arrange a return before the 14 day trial ends. If you do not return the pen, we will automatically charge your card the remaining balance.
