The programme was beyond our expectations. We felt supported by the up-to-date expert advice, but also hearing about good practice in other schools was extremely helpful in improving our policy.

The purpose of each workshop was explained well. Concepts were presented in a clear and easy to understand way. Presentations, explanations, and demonstrations were very helpful.
